Do you offer conflict resolution training for managers?
Yes. Conflict that never gets resolved is one of the situations this format was built for. Managers work through real scenarios from their own team, usually drawing on Compassionate Accountability® for the hard conversation itself and the Process Communication Model® for what changes when someone is under stress. The goal is for a manager to know what to do when the conversation gets hard, not just to hear a framework.
Can you help a team that doesn't communicate well?
Yes. A team where the same miscommunication keeps coming back usually has a pattern nobody has named yet. A workshop gives the whole group a shared way to name that pattern and work through it together, rather than leaving it as one manager's private frustration.
