Leadership Recruiting
Not just skills on a resume. How a candidate handles pressure, communicates, and holds values under stress, before they're your problem to fix.

Leadership breaks down under pressure, not because people are incompetent, but because no one ever taught them what to do with their own nervous system when the room gets hard. That's where this work starts: not a new framework, but a real conversation about who you are when things get difficult.

What I do
Not sure where to start? That's what the first conversation is for.
Not just skills on a resume. How a candidate handles pressure, communicates, and holds values under stress, before they're your problem to fix.
For a leader who's technically fine and quietly running on fumes. Starts with regulation, not a personality test.
Built on how adults actually learn: not slides to sit through, but situations to work through, together.
For the leader frozen between being kind and being direct, as if those were opposites.
Why people communicate the way they do under stress, and how to actually reach them when it counts.
What's actually different here
Leadership breaks down under pressure, not because people are incompetent, but because they're overwhelmed and no one's ever helped them name what's actually happening. Most programs try to fix the behavior first. That's backwards. A dysregulated nervous system can't absorb a new habit no matter how good the framework is. Regulation has to come before mindset, and mindset before skills.
The role is temporary. The person is permanent. I care more about who you're becoming than what you're delivering this quarter.

This training tied everything together in a way that finally made sense. It was practical, relevant, and useful.

Human skills for a machine age
AI can generate the report, draft the policy, polish the LinkedIn post. What it can't do is kneel down in a room with someone who's falling apart and be the calmest, most present person there. It can't look someone in the eyes and mean it when it says "I believe in you." As automation floods the zone with polish and efficiency, genuine human presence is becoming the rarest thing in any organization. The leaders who understand this early will be irreplaceable. The ones who don't will wonder why their teams keep leaving.

No. Wired Human is leadership development, not clinical treatment. The work draws on real nervous-system science because pressure is physical before it's behavioral, but the goal is a steadier, more capable leader, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. If someone needs clinical care, that's a different conversation, and a fair one to have honestly.
Most people don't ask for help until the pressure is already visible, like turnover, tension, or a manager who's stopped listening. The first conversation isn't a pitch. It's figuring out what's actually happening before deciding whether this is the right response.
Both. Some engagements start with one leader in 1:1 coaching. Others start with a workshop for a whole team. Recruiting is its own separate service for organizations hiring into leadership roles. Where you start depends on where the pressure actually is.
