Using this site
This site is provided for information about Wired Human's services. We aim for everything on it to be accurate, but it doesn't constitute a contract or a guarantee of results.
Engaging our services
The scope, terms, and pricing of any coaching, workshop, recruiting, or training engagement are agreed directly between Wired Human and the client before work begins. Nothing on this website overrides those direct agreements.
Program registrations, cancellations, and refunds
This section covers paid programs registered and paid for through this website. It doesn't apply to 1:1 coaching or recruiting engagements, which are billed and refunded per the direct agreement made with each client.
- Cancel at least 14 days before the program's start date for a full refund.
- Inside that 14-day window, cancellations are credited toward a future program rather than refunded in cash.
- No-shows without advance notice aren't refunded.
- Registrations can be transferred to someone else at no charge. Contact us before the program starts to arrange it.
- If Wired Human cancels or reschedules a program, everyone registered gets a full refund or the option to move their registration to the new date, their choice.
